Cependant, les organes vitaux de votre b\u00e9b\u00e9 se d\u00e9veloppent vite, y compris son c\u0153ur. \u00c0 la fin du premier trimestre, votre b\u00e9b\u00e9 a beaucoup grandi : ses bras et ses mains se d\u00e9veloppent, de m\u00eame que ses muscles et ses os. \u00c0 12 semaines, le cerveau de votre b\u00e9b\u00e9 poursuit \u00e9galement son d\u00e9veloppement. Pas d\u2019inqui\u00e9tude toutefois si vous d\u00e9couvrez votre grossesse et n\u2019avez pas pris de compl\u00e9ment d\u2019acide folique jusqu\u2019ici : commencez d\u00e8s maintenant et poursuivez la prise d\u2019acide folique jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la 12e semaine. Une dose quotidienne de 400 \u03bcg est recommand\u00e9e.<\/li><li>Pendant la grossesse, votre syst\u00e8me immunitaire s\u2019adapte pour accepter et prot\u00e9ger votre b\u00e9b\u00e9, ainsi que pour vous prot\u00e9ger vous-m\u00eame. Aidez votre syst\u00e8me immunitaire en mangeant sainement et en apportant une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration des repas. Ne prenez pas de risque si un aliment ne vous semble pas frais, \u00e9vitez les produits susceptibles de pr\u00e9senter un danger, nettoyez soigneusement tout ce que vous consommez et lavez-vous r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les mains.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Le fer est l\u2019un des nutriments cl\u00e9s pour une alimentation saine pendant la grossesse. Il permet de transporter plus d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne dans vos globules rouges et est n\u00e9cessaire pour le d\u00e9veloppement du cerveau de votre b\u00e9b\u00e9. De faibles niveaux de fer peuvent causer une an\u00e9mie. Dans ce cas, vous \u00eates fatigu\u00e9e, voire \u00e9puis\u00e9e, et vous ne vous sentez pas bien.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Essayez d\u2019int\u00e9grer des aliments riches en fer dans votre alimentation en mangeant de la viande rouge, du poisson, des \u0153ufs, des fruits secs, des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales enrichies, du pain complet et des l\u00e9gumes verts \u00e0 feuilles. Ces aliments contiennent tous des nutriments importants en plus du fer. Le fer est mieux absorb\u00e9 par votre corps si vous mangez des aliments riches en vitamine C en m\u00eame temps. Pensez par exemple \u00e0 boire un verre de jus d\u2019orange avec vos c\u00e9r\u00e9ales au petit-d\u00e9jeuner ou \u00e0 manger un fruit frais en plus de votre plat principal. Si votre taux de fer est trop bas, votre sage-femme vous recommandera peut-\u00eatre de prendre des compl\u00e9ments de fer. De tels compl\u00e9ments sont \u00e0 prendre uniquement sur indication de votre m\u00e9decin ou de votre sage-femme \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que tous les compl\u00e9ments ne sont pas sans danger dans le cadre de la grossesse.<\/li><li>Les vitamines sont essentielles pour la sant\u00e9 et le d\u00e9veloppement. Il est conseill\u00e9 aux femmes enceintes de prendre 10 \u03bcg de vitamine D par jour. La vitamine D est importante pour la formation des os et des dents. Cependant, elle n\u2019est pr\u00e9sente qu\u2019en petite quantit\u00e9 dans un nombre limit\u00e9 d\u2019aliments et dans la lumi\u00e8re du soleil. Attention : certaines vitamines, comme la vitamine A, peuvent \u00eatre dangereuses pour votre b\u00e9b\u00e9. Par cons\u00e9quent, consultez toujours votre m\u00e9decin avant de prendre des compl\u00e9ments lors de la grossesse. Si vous preniez des compl\u00e9ments multivitamin\u00e9s avant de tomber enceinte et souhaitez continuer \u00e0 les prendre, assurez-vous, aupr\u00e8s de votre m\u00e9decin, que ces compl\u00e9ments sont compatibles avec la grossesse.<\/li><li>Pour favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement du cerveau de votre b\u00e9b\u00e9, essayez de consommer 200 mg de DHA suppl\u00e9mentaires chaque jour. Les poissons gras constituent une excellente source de DHA. La consommation d\u2019une ou deux portions par semaine permettra des apports suffisants en DHA pour vous et votre b\u00e9b\u00e9. Il est toutefois recommand\u00e9 de ne pas d\u00e9passer deux portions par semaine en raison des toxines que les poissons gras peuvent contenir. Les jours o\u00f9 vous ne mangez pas de poisson gras, grignotez une poign\u00e9e de fruits \u00e0 coque ou d\u00e9marrez votre journ\u00e9e avec un bol de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes pour un apport satisfaisant en autres acides gras om\u00e9ga-3.<\/li><\/ul><p>Pendant la grossesse, certains aliments sont \u00e0 \u00e9viter pour votre sant\u00e9 et celle de votre b\u00e9b\u00e9 :<\/p><ul><li>Les aliments suivants vous exposent \u00e0 des risques d\u2019intoxication alimentaire :<ul><li>\u0152ufs crus ou partiellement cuits et tous les produits en contenant (mayonnaise, certaines cr\u00e8mes glac\u00e9es et mousses maison, etc.)<\/li><li>Viande saignante ou pas assez cuite, poisson et poulet pas assez cuits<\/li><li>Tartare de saumon, saumon fum\u00e9 et sushis ou produits contenant de la viande crue ou du poisson cru<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Aliments contenant des \u00e9l\u00e9ments susceptibles de nuire \u00e0 votre b\u00e9b\u00e9 :<ul><li>Lait, fromage ou yaourt non pasteuris\u00e9<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Le foie ou les produits contenant du foie pr\u00e9sentent un risque de list\u00e9riose et peuvent contenir des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de vitamine A, potentiellement dangereux pour votre b\u00e9b\u00e9.\nL\u2019espadon, le marlin et le requin peuvent contenir du mercure, ce qui peut nuire au d\u00e9veloppement du syst\u00e8me nerveux de votre b\u00e9b\u00e9. Il convient donc d\u2019\u00e9viter ces esp\u00e8ces de poissons. Les poissons gras, comme le maquereau, le thon, la sardine et la truite, peuvent \u00e9galement contenir de petites quantit\u00e9s de toxines, mais ces poissons fournissent aussi de nombreux nutriments int\u00e9ressants.
