Lorsque votre b\u00e9b\u00e9 sera n\u00e9, vous serez en mesure de transmettre ces nutriments via le lait maternel, qui contient naturellement des AGPI-LC. Les niveaux varient toutefois selon votre alimentation. Par cons\u00e9quent, essayez de maintenir vos r\u00e9serves d\u2019AGPI-LC en consommant les aliments appropri\u00e9s. Les principales sources d\u2019om\u00e9ga-3 AGPI-LC sont les poissons gras frais, comme le maquereau ou la sardine. T\u00e2chez d\u2019en manger deux portions par semaine. Par ailleurs, les compl\u00e9ments \u00e0 base d\u2019huile de poisson ne sont pas conseill\u00e9s pendant la grossesse car ils peuvent pr\u00e9senter des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de vitamine A, potentiellement dangereux pour le d\u00e9veloppement de votre b\u00e9b\u00e9.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Bien qu\u2019il soit courant de se sentir essouffl\u00e9e \u00e0 ce stade, avoir le souffle court peut \u00eatre signe d\u2019an\u00e9mie. L\u2019an\u00e9mie est caus\u00e9e par une carence en fer et vous \u00eates davantage susceptible d\u2019en souffrir pendant la grossesse. Elle se traite simplement en introduisant des sources compl\u00e9mentaires de fer dans votre alimentation, que ce soit sous forme d\u2019aliments ou de compl\u00e9ments.
